inte singoalla ;-)

Jag tänkte att jag skulle göra en singoallaklänning för första gången i mitt liv men jag missade den där lilla (men karakteristiska) detaljen att man ju måste öka på rejält med tyg så att man kan rynka i hals och ärmar... hihi :-) Nu blev det istället en klänning med vanlig raglan. Men det var ju också första gången! Grundmönstret till raglanärmen (ursprungligen en luvjacka) har jag tagit från en gammal Burdatidning från 80-talet. Men nu är det såpass förändrat att jag kallar det mitt eget. En helt annorlunda klänningsmodell mot vad jag gjort innan och tyget också för den delen. Ett underbart bomullstyg i mycket fin kvalitet. Jag fick hem en beställning från Bibbis Textil för nån vecka sedan och däribland alla trådrullar fanns lite fin vit fin spets också. Jag tyckte den passade så fint till detta tyg så den fick pryda både volangen i nederkant och ärmarna.

I were thinking of making a dress of the model Singoalla for the first time in my life but I missed that little (but characteristic) detail, that you must increase rather much the fabric so that it can wrinkle in the neck and sleeves ... hihi :-) Now it became instead a dress with a plain raglan. But it was also the first time! The basic pattern for a raglan sleeve (originally a hooded jacket), I have taken from an old Burda magazine from the '80s. But now it's changed that much that I call it my own. A completely different dress model from what I've done before and the fabric also. A lovely cotton cloth in very fine quality. I received a package from Bibbis Textil a while ago and excluding all the spools of thread there were some nice white fine point as well. I thought it fit so nicely into the fabric so it had to decorate both the flounce at bottom and the sleeves.

Pensaba que iba a hacer una vestido singoalla (sueco) por primera vez en mi vida, pero me perdí el más importante (y típico) componente y es que sin duda debes aumentar la cantidad de la tela para que puedas arrugarla en el cuello y las mangas ... jeje:-) Ahora se convirtió en un vestido con un raglán normal. Pero fue también la primera vez! El patrón básico para esta manga raglán (originalmente una chaqueta con capucha), he tomado de una vieja revista Burda de los años 80. Pero ahora he cambiado tanto el patrón que lo llamo mío. Un vestido completamente diferente modelo de lo que he hecho antes y la tela también. Una tela de algodón encantadora en muy buena calidad. He recibido un paquete de Bibbis textil hace un tiempo y junto con todos los hilos había también una puntilla de color blanco. Pensé que encajaba tan bien con el tejido por lo que tenía que usarla para decorar el volante en el bajo y las mangas.

Halsringningen är ganska snäv så det fick bli 3 tryckknappar i ena raglanärmen på baksidan. När den var färdig tyckte jag ändå att det fattades något så jag gjorde en liten rosett med brunt sidenband och satte på nederkanten av klänningen. Eftersom tyget är så mönstrat är det faktiskt klurigt att se den så jag tog en närbild. Jag KAN ju inte slänga tyg, om de inte är i smala remsor, så av resterande tygbitar gjorde jag detta hårband och lite mer pyssel som ni får se i nästa inlägg.

Från början hade jag ju tänkt göra en singoallamodell, titta in här hos Made By Mama för ett fint exempel :-)

The neckline is pretty tight so it had to put three automatic buttons in one raglan sleeve on the back. When it was finished, I thought anyway that there was something missing so I made ​​a small bow with brown satin ribbon and put it on the bottom of the dress. El escote es bastante ajustado por lo que tenía que poner tres botones automaticos en una de las mangas raglán. Cuando había terminado el vestido, pensé que de todos modos faltaba algo, así que hice un pequeño lazo con cinta de raso color café y lo puse en la parte inferior del vestido. Debido a que el tejido tiene estampados grandes, es realmente difícil de verlo, así que tomé una foto del detalle. De verdad, no puedo tirar tela, si no son tiras estrechitas, por lo que de los retales restantes de la tela, he hecho esta cinta para el pelo y algunas cosas más como vais a ver en la próxima entrada. 

Como dije; desde el principio, había pensado hacer un modelo singoalla. Mirad aquí en el blog de Made By Mama para ver un ejemplo bonito de este modelo :-) Por cierto, como se llama este modelo en español?

a skirt for me!

Här kommer en obloggad kjol, lite elegantare variant, som jag sydde till mig själv för ett tag sedan. Jag ville prova att göra en kjol med högre midja och jag gillar den mycket! Mönstret är eget, taget efter mina reella mått. Kruxet är bara att jag förstått att när kjolen är såpass lång så bör man ha lite högre klackar för att kompensera... Jag har ju ett par svarta med klack men det är inte så ofta jag orkar gå omkring i dem, men "vill man va fin så får man lida pin" heter det väl... En ny upplevelse var det också när jag invigde kjolen att mantvingas uppföra sig lite mer "kvinnligt/damigt" i den. Ja tex när jag skulle sätta mig i bilen så fick jag sätta mig i sätet först och sen lyfta in båda benen samtidigt, eftersom kjolen är ganska så tajt.

Modellen är som sagt med hög midja och dragkedja i ena sidan. I midjan satte jag en ganska bred besparing (heter så eller hur?), och för att liva upp kjolen lite så fick det bli en volang snett över framsidan. Kanten på volangen + nederkanten på kjolen är bara kantade med tät sicksack.

Men i det stora hela är jag nöjd. Det är ju kul att klä sig lite annorlunda ibland, inte sant?

Here's a non blogged skirt, a bit more elegant variant, which I sewed myself a while ago. I wanted to try to make a skirt with high waist and I like it a lot! The pattern is my own, taken after my real measures. The problem is just that I understand that when the skirt is this long, you should have some higher heels to compensate ... I have a pair of black with heels, but it is not that often That I can walk around in them, but as you say in swedish: "If you want to look good, you have to suffer... It was also a new experience that when I used the skirt for the first time I had to behave a bit more "feminine" in it. Well, for example when I should sit down in the car I had to sit in the seat first and then lift up both legs at the same time, because the skirt is pretty tight.

But generally I am satisfied. It's fun to dress a little differently sometimes, don't you think?

Aquí veis una falda que no he presentado antes. Es un poco más elegante y me la cosí hace un tiempo. Quería tratar de hacer una falda con cintura alta y me gusta mucho! El patrón mi propio, hecho de mis medidas. El problema es sólo que he entendido que cuando la falda es tan larga, debes tener unos tacones más altos para compensar ... Tengo un par zapatos negros con tacones, pero no es que me los pongo a menudo pero como dice el dicho sueco; "si quieres ser guapa hay que sufrir" ... Una nueva experiencia, fue también cuando usé la falda por primera vez. Tuve que comportarme un poco más "femenino" en ella. Así por ejemplo, cuando me sentaba en el coche, tuve que sentarme en el asiento primero y luego levantar las dos piernas al mismo tiempo, ya que la falda es bastante ajustada.

Pero en general estoy satisfecha. Es divertido tenerla para vestirse un poco diferente a veces, ¿no?

reversible dress!

Jag känner att jag beklagat mig lite mycket på vårens intåg (för att jag gillar att jobba i vintriga, mysiga tyger) men nu har jag vänt det till något positivt och här kommer nu lite "vårigare" inlägg. Denna klänning är snarlik denna men med några viktiga skillnader;

- Mer rörelsevidd (1. för att de stummare bomullstygerna kräver det och 2. för att gen en friare somrigare känsla)

- Helt vändbar! Klänningen är gjord i två olika bomullstyger som passar fint ihop. Man kan vränga den och använda den sida man känner för eller gillar bäst (min dotter vägrar använda den blåa sidan...). Båda sidorna har mina favoritfickor med gröna resp. blåa knappar. Denna helt vändbara variant har jag haft i tanken länge och nu är jag supernöjd med resultatet.

Från en sak till en annan; om ni missat min give away passa på att anmäl dig nu. På onsdag drar jag en vinnare som  blir ägare till en handväska!

I feel that I have complained a little bit too much at this spring's entry (because I like to work in the wintry, cozy fabrics) but now I have turned it into something positive and here comes a post with some inspiration from the spring sun. This model is similar to this but with some important differences;


- More width  (1. these summer cotton fabrics require it and 2. more space gives a more free summer feeling)


- Fully reversible! The dress is made of two different cotton fabrics that fit well together. You can use the side you feel for at the moment or like best (my daughter refuses to use the blue side ...). Both sides have also my favorite pockets with green/blue buttons. I have imagened this dress for a long time and now I am very happy with the result!

Siento que me he quejado un poco demasiado por la entrada de esta primavera (porque me gusta trabajar en los tejidos de invierno son tan bonitos y acogedores), pero ahora lo he convertido en algo positivo y esto es una entrada inspirada del sol de la primavera. Este modelo es similar a este pero con algunas diferencias importantes;


- Más acampanada, o sea más ancho porque; 1. el algodón menos flexible lo requiere y 2. da a una sensación de verano más libre)


- Totalmente reversible! El vestido está hecho de dos telas de algodón diferentes que van muy bien juntos. Se puede darle la vuelta y usar el lado que te apetezca más en aquel momento o que más te gusta (mi hija se niega a usar el lado azul ...). Ambas partes tienen además mis bolsillos favoritos con botones verdes/azules. Este vestido he tenido en mente mucho tiempo ya y ahora estoy muy contenta con el resultado!


Cambiando de tema; dentro de unos pocos días cogeré un ganador en mi lotería. Si no partcipaste ya, hazlo aquí!

Nu kan jag visa denna väska eftersom den har hittat fram till sin ägare i Göteborg. J blev jättnöjd och jag ännu mer då såklart! Hon gillade denna väska men föredrog modell 6 så då blev den snarlik men annorlunda ändå ;-)

Now I can show you this bag because it has found to its owner in Gothenburg. J was very glad for it and I'm even more of course! She liked this bag but preferred model 6 so then it became very similar but still different ;-)

Ahora puede mostrar este bolso, ya que ha encontrado su dueño en Gotemburgo.J fue muy contenta y Yo aún más entonces! Le gustaba este bolso, pero prefería el modelo 6 por lo que llegó a ser diferente pero muy similar ;-)

Purple elegance

Jag håller på att utveckla designen lite grand på modell 6. Vill få den lite mer bullig och unik. Nu har den fått lite bredare botten och lite rynk och en extra tygbit strax under dragkedjan. Kanske kommer någon mer ändring. Den här mörka plommonlila tycker jag är jättevacker till det svarta och jag kan inte låta bli att tycka det är lite synd att jag måste lägga av med alla dessa mysiga vintertyger nu eftersom folk kanske vill ha mer glatt och vårigt/somrigt... Denna väskan har iallafall fått det fina storblommiga fodertyget för att lätta upp vinterstämningen en aning. Det är bara så himla läckert att göra stickningarna mot det svarta tyget och ALLA färger blir ju snygga ihop med svart! ( OBS: Färgerna är bäst återgivna på fotot längst upp till vänster)

Denna väska är ännu ej såld. Det är bara att skicka mig ett email om det är någon som är intresserad! Priset är 400 SEK + frakt 54 SEK.

I am currently developing the design a little bit of the bag model 6. Want to get it a bit more puffy and unique. Now I have given it a bit wider bottom, I also put an extra piece of fabric just below the zipper and creased the fabric there. Perhaps some more changes will come. This dark plum purple, I think is very beautiful to the black and I can't help thinking it is a pity that I have to quit all the nice fabrics now because people might want something more happily for spring / summer... This bag has at least got the nice flowered lining fabric to lighten the winter mood a little. It's just so amazingly gorgeous to make stitches on the black fabric and ALL colors are really nice together with black! (NOTE: Color is best depicted in the photo at the top left)

Actualmente estoy desarrollando el diseño un poco del modelo 6. Ahora he ampliado un poco la base y también he puesto una pieza extra de tela precisamente debajo de la cremallera y arrugué la tela allí. Seguro haré algunos cambios más. Esta color morado oscuro me encanta, creo que es muy hermoso combinado con el negro y no puedo dejar de pensar que es una lástima que tengo que ir acabando todos los tejidos de invierno. Se supone que ahora la gente desee algo más alegre para la primavera /verano ... Para iluminar el estado de ánimo de un invierno poco, puse esta tela de flores grandes como forro. Es tan divertido y resulta superbonito hacer costuras en tejidos negros y todos los colores son muy guapos junto con el negro! (NOTA: El color es mejor representado en la foto arriba a la izquierda)

Este bolso es he vendido todavía. Sólo tienes que enviar un correo electrónico si estás interesado! El precio es de 45 € + costes de envío (dentro de Europa 6 €, dentro de España es más barato).

Den lilla svarta

Fick en beställning på en liiten väska där plånbok och mobil skulle få plats men inte så mycket mer. Beställaren ville ha svart men hon gillade mina färgklickar och sa att en fin knapp i någon rolig färg nog inte skulle vara fel. Jag letade ett bra tag efter ett svart tyg som jag kunde använda. Visste inte riktigt vad jag var ute efter men när jag hittde detta, med invävda blommor och blad i lite glansigare trådar, så visste jag att jag hittat rätt. Tyget ger, tycker jag, en enkel men elegant och sofistikerad känsla och den oranga knappen matchar det orange/svart-prickiga fodret. Under locket har den en dold svart dragkedja. Som detalj sydde jag på en broderad svart spets runt locket. Axelremmen är en lite smalare variant och på bilden längst ner till höger ser ni hur väskan ser ut på. Man kan säga att detta är en varant av väskmodell 4 fast mindre. PS. Morgonsolen fick vara med på ett hörn, den passade ju så perfekt in i ljussättningen :-)

OBS: glöm inte lotteriet!

Got an order for a small handbag where that only should fit the wallet and mobile but not much more. The client wanted it in black but she liked my color dots and said that a nice button in a fun color probably would not be wrong. I searched for quite a while after a black fabric that I could use. Did not really know what I was after but when I found this, with woven flowers and leaves in a little shinier threads, I knew I had found the right one. The fabric provides, I think, a simple but elegant and sophisticated feeling. The orange button matches the orange-black-polka dot lining. Under the cover it has a hidden zipper. As a detail I sewed on a black embroidered lace around the lid. The shoulder strap is not that wide as before and on the photo on the bottom right you can see how the bag looks like. You could say that this is a varant of the bag model 4, but smaller. PS. I let the morning sun to be a part of the photo as it fit's so perfectly with the lighting :-)

Ey, don't forget my give away!

Recibí un pedido de un bolso pequenito que cabería el móvil y la cartera pero no mucho más. El cliente quería que fuese en negro, pero le gustaban mis toques de color y dijo que un botón bonito en un color divertido probablemente no sería un error. Buscé por mucho tiempo por un tejido negro que podía usar. No sabía exactamente lo que buscaba, pero cuando encontré esta tela, con flores y hojas tejidas con hilos más brillantes, sabía que había encontrado lo correcto. La tela da, creo, una sensación simple pero elegante y sofisticada y el botón naranja coincide con el forro de color naranja-negro de lunares. Bajo la tapa tiene una cremallera oculta. Como un detalle cosí un cordón negro bordado alrededor de la tapa. La correa de hombro es una variante un poco más estrecho. En la imagen en la parte inferior derecha se puede ver cómo el bolso se parece puesto. Se podría decir que este es una versión del modelo 4, pero más pequeño. PS. El sol de la mañana lo dejé ser parte de la foto ya que, encaja tan perfectamente con la iluminación :-)

Tant Gredelin!

Inspirerad av Tant Gredelin i Elsa Beskows klassiska saga gjorde jag denna variant av väskmodellen 1. Jag letade länge tills jag tyckte att jag hittat den lila nyans som Tant Gredelin älskar och sen blev det lite volanger och rosor som dekoration.

Inspired by Aunt Gredelin in Elsa Beskow's classic story, I made this version of the bag model 1. First I spent a long time until I felt that I found the purple that Aunt Gredelin love and then I used it to decorate with some roses and flounces.

Inspirado por la Tía Gredelin de la historia clásica de Elsa Beskow, hice esta versión del modelo 1. Pasé mucho tiempo hasta que sentí que había encontrado el tono morado que a la Tía Gredelin le encanta y luego lo usé para decorar con rosas y volantes.

Denna nya variant av ficka, som upptar nästan hela ena sidan är en ny favorit. Jag kan se framför mig till nästa vinter en variant med ett varmare foder inuti fickan så att man kan använda den som muff när man står ute i kylan och väntar på bussen kanske. Synd att vi går mot våren nu då...

This new version of the pocket, which occupies almost one whole side is a new favorite. I can see in front of me for the next winter with a warmer lining inside the pocket so that you can use it as a handwarmer when you stand outside in the cold waiting for the bus maybe. Too bad we're waiting for spring now ...


 Esta nueva variante de bolsillo, que ocupa casi todo un lado es un nuevo favorito. Me imagino una variante para el próximo invierno con un forro más cálido dentro del bolsillo, para que puedas utilizarlo como un "calientamanos" cuando estés fuera en el frío esperando el autobús tal vez. Lástima que ahora venga la primavera...

Jag tänkte jag kunde visa också att denna väskmodell, när man har axelremmen i det kortare läget, är perfekt att hänga över sulkyn/barnvagnens handtag som ni ser på ovan bild.

I thought I could show that also this model, when you have the shoulder strap in the short mode, is perfect to hang over the stroller handles as you see in the picture above.

Pensé que podría mostrar también que este modelo, cuando tienes la correa en el modo corto, es perfecto para colgar sobre el manillar del carricoche como veis en la imagen de arriba.

ingen väska - en klänning!

För att bryta väsktrenden här på bloggen presenterar jag en klänning jag gjorde i förrgår till Lilla N.

Her comes something different to all the bags that I have blogbed about lately here on the blog; I present a dress I did the day before yesterday for Little N.

Para romper el ciclo de solamente bolsos aquí en el blog, les presento un vestido que hizo el día antes de ayer para la pequeña N.

Det är samma modell som denna. Dock är jag inte säker på om det är N som vuxit sig ordentligt mycket bredare över bröstet eller om det är det stummare, vävda bomullstygerna som gjorde det, men även om klänningen är storleken större än klänningen i ovan länk så fick den inte så mycket rörelsevidd som jag önskade. Jag ska ändra lite på mönstret nu. Denna fick också bli med ett liv eftersom restbitarna krävde det...men det blev ju fint ihop, eller hur?

This is the same model as this one. But I'm not sure if it is N that have grown wellmuch broader across the chest or if it is because off the less resilient, wovencotton fabric that made it of, but even if the dress is a size larger than the dress in the link above, it turned out a little bit too tight. I'll make some changes to the pattern now. I made the dress with a cut below the cheast as the pieces of fabric were small... but it turned out sweet, right?

Es el mismo modelo que este. Pero no estoy seguro si es N que ha crecido y ahora es mucho más amplio alrededor del pecho o si es que el tejido de algodón no es nada elástico, pero incluso es que el vestido es un tamaño más grande que el vestido en el enlace anterior, pero en cualquier caso no obtuvo tanto espacio para moverse como yo deseada. Voy a hacer algunos cambios en el patrón ahora. El vestido tiene un corte debajo del pecho ya que los retales no llegaban para hacerlo entero...pero salió bien, ¿a que sí?

Roligt var att jag för första gången gick och köpte ett sånt zig zag-band och sydde över sömmen. Sedan kom jag på att jag kunde sy fast min etikett där samtidigt. Ville ha zig zagen i mörkrosa men det fanns inte så jag chansade och köpte solgul och det blev ju underbart fint så då blev det ett gult kantbant längst ner också. Jag gör ju mina etiketter själv men jag tycker nog att ibland är de lite stora och det skulle vara fint med en vävd, lite mindre variant. Jag tycker om sättet som Mia sätter sina etiketter och jag kände mig inspirerad av det när jag sydde fast denna.

It was fun that for the first time I went and bought one of those zig zag tape andsewed it on the seam. Then I found out that I could attach my label there at the same time. Wanted the zig zag in dark pink, but they didn't have it so I took a chance and bought the sunshine yellow and it turned out so beautifully that I decided to put a yellow bias tape at the bottom also. I make my own labels, but I think that sometimes they are a bit too large and it would be fine with a woven, little smaller version. I like the way Mia put her labels, and I felt inspired by it when I sewed this one.

Es divertido que por la primera vez que fui y compré uno de esos cinta zig zag y la cosí encima de la costura. Entonces pensé también podría poner mi etiqueta allí, al mismo tiempo. Quería el zig zag en rosa oscuro, pero como no había compré un amarillo del sol y resultó tan bien que decidí poner un bies amarillo en el borde de abajo también. Yo hago mis propias etiquetas, pero creo que a veces parecen un poco grandes y estaría bien con una etiqueta tejida, un poco más pequeña. Me gusta la forma en que Mia pone sus etiquetas y me sentí inspirada de ella cuando puse esta.
