winter vest

Här kommer en lite uppdaterad variant av förra vinterns västar, som ni för övrigt kan kika på här och här Nu har jag gjort dem lite varmare, med fleecefoder, och lagt in en lite westerninspirerad axeldekoration. Dessa finns i webshopen om någon är intresserad. Knapparna blir alltid lite olika, dessa är från min knapplåda som jag ärvde av min kära mormor. Västen har en ficka fram och en liten "flärp" bak (vad kallar man denna?) för att kunna justera bredden lite. Jag tycker att modellen funkar lika bra för kille som för tjej.




Why can't the small ones also be elegant? This is the perfect detail to make the little one the "eye-catcher" on the party! It is also warm as I line it with fleece. One pocket on the front and 3 nice bottons. You can adjust the size a little bit with the strap on the back. The fabric on the front is a soft corduroy and on the back a material with some wool in it. The model works fine for both boys and girls.

Pingu for the winner!

Vinnaren av mitt lilla lotteri blev ju Anna och hennes son Melvin. Nu när jag vet att västen som hon önskade har kommit fram kan jag blogga om den här. Anna önskade en svart väst och nämnde att Melvins favoritfigurer är Pippi och Pingu. Jag tyckte nog att det lät roligast att göra en liten pinguapplikation så det fick bli en vinkande sådan med rörliga ögon. Glada gröna knappar och ett fint färglatt tyg med ringar i olika färger som foder. Den skulle vara storlek 98-100cl men eftersom jag var osäker på storleken så gjorde jag den lite stor men med en sån där rem på baksidan så att man kan reglera lite. Mottagarna blev mycket nöjda och då blir ju jag också glad förstås! På bilden nedan kan ni se Melvin i sin nya väst (med dubbla tröjor under). The winner of my first lottery were Anna and her son Melvin. Now that I know that the vest that she wished for has arrived I can write about it here. Anna asked for a black vest and she mentioned that Melvin likes Pippi Långstrump and Pingu very much. I thought that making an application of Pingu sounded funnier so I made a wawing one with moving eyes. Some green, funny buttons and a colourful lining with circles. The size was to be the 98-100 but as I was a little unsure about the size I made it pretty big but with one of those straps on the back to adjust. Anna and Melvin were satisfied and that also makes me glad! On the photo below you can see Melvin wearing the vest (with 2 sweaters below). Thank you Anna for letting me use the photo.

El ganador de mi primera lotería fueron Anna y su hijo Melvin. Ahora que sé que el chaleco que deseaban ha llegado puedo mostraroslo aqui en el blog. Anna me pidió un chaleco negro y mencionó que le gustan mucho a Melvin, Pippi Långstrump y Pingu. A mi me pareció más divertido hacer una aplicación de Pingu así que fue un Pingu saludando, con ojos que se mueven. Algunos botones verdes y bonitos y un forro colorido con lunares. La talla deseada era 98-100 y como estaba un poco insegura de la talla hice el chaleco bastante grande pero con una cinta adjustable atrás. Anna y Melvin están contentos y entonces yo también! västar / vests / chalecos

Eftersom jag själv har en liten tjej så blir det ju mycket klänningar sydda men för att utmana mig själv ville jag komma på något fint och stiligt att göra till små tuffa pojkar också, så då blev det ett gäng västar! Min mamma tyckte att det lät lite gubbigt med väst till en lillkille men jag skulle absolut klä upp min son (om jag hade en) i någon av dessa små tuffa västar. Eftersom det inte behövs så mycket tyg så tog jag snuttar som jag hade hemma.

Tycker ni de ser gubbiga ut? Skulle ni som har småkillar kunna tänka er att klä upp dem i en av dessa?

As I have a little girl I make a lot of dresses and therefor, to give myself a challenge, I also wanted to create something nice and elegant for small and cool baby boys. So, here you have some vests! My mother didn't thought it sounded very fun with a vest for a little boy but I should certanly dress up my son (if I had one) in one of these cool vests. As you don't need much fabric I used some of the ones that I already got at home.

Do you think that they look more for an old man? If you have a son, would it be posible that you could dress him up in one of these?

Ya que tengo una hija, coso muchos vestidos y por eso, para darme a mi misma un desafío, quería crear algo bonito y elegante para los pequeños pero chulos chicos también. Y por eso, aquí tenéis unos chalecos! A mi madre no le pareció tan guay/divertido con chaleco para un niño pequeño pero yo, si tuviera un hijo, absolutamente le pondría en uno de estos chalecos. Como no se necesita mucha tela para hacerlos, usé retales que ya tenía en casa.

Os parece que los chalecos más es moda de señores mayores? Para las que tienen hijos, os podríais imaginar ponerlos uno de estos?
